Three to four people own an area of the product end to end, from the first sketch to the support reply.
Decisions go in a short doc before a meeting. Most weeks have fewer than four hours of calls.
Everyone joins at least two customer calls a month, engineers included.
Salary bands are on every job post and the same for remote and office.
